Virtual Consultation

This campaign is triggered when a patient books in using the calendar link.

By default, the appointment will be configured to populate your Google Calendar or Outlook calendar.  

The patient will automatically get a confirmation and reminder emails and SMS messages including the zoom links when they book.

The practice will have an appointment created for the correct time and a follow up task to complete after the call.

1. Confirmation Mail and SMS
2. T-1 day
3. T-30 minutes SMS

If the patient cancels and doesn’t rebook - a task is created for the practice to follow up

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Attend the virtual consultation
2. Complete the task following the call
