New Enquiry

The name of the game is to keep your task list at zero for any given day!

A new task is created each time a new contact comes into the system.  It will show you

- Where the lead has come from
- What they are interested in
- And their contact details.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click on the House Icon at the top of the page and select MyDay
2. Select the task you are going to work with
3. Select the outcome of your call
4. Close the task

This will send the result to the reporting

UPDATING AN ENQUIRY

If, for example someone calls back - because you left a voicemail/sms/email - you will want to update the outcome.

Search for their record by entering in their name or email in the quick search box top right.

When you have their contact record - hover over and click on forms - select UPDATE ENQUIRY and save - and it will behave the same as if you selected a task outcome
