There are two different views that you may be working with

These are completely customisable - we create specific searches based on criteria we have in the system. This could be any combination of ... for example
- Which practice they are a patient of
- What their current status is (booked in / Left Voice mail etc.)
- Different leadsources (Chatbot / Facebook )
- Different Treatements (Teeth Whitening / Invisalign)
You can request at any time new dashboards to be cretaed for you and your team.
SEARCHING FOR A CONTACT
The quickest way to search - is to use the quick search function top right of your screen. simply enter the name or email or phone number of the contact record you want to find.
From the top left three lines (known as a burger) click and select contacts from the CRM menu
In the next window you can use ANY criteria in the system to find a list of contacts.
