Survey and Feedback

The automation will normally handle the delivery of the survey mail.

The mail has the option to click one of three faces

• Happy Face will redirect to a thank you page and request a review - as well as triggering an email follow up asking for a review
• Neutral / Sad face will send to a thank you page asking for feedback, set a task to follow up and a mail to the contact asking for feedback too.

To trigger the mail manually

1. Select a contact
2. Choose the Survey/Feedback form
3. Save
