Where we can, we automatically capture those details (the contact details, where they came from and what they are interested in) and pass them to the practice to be followed up as a New Enquiry, and send information out to the prospective patient on the treatment in which they are interested (Teeth whitening / Invisalign / Implants ... etc).
Some practices will want to use a Smilemate type process and/or ask the patient to join a virtual consultation before coming into the practice for an in person consultation with a clinician. We are able to automatically trigger and track completion of medical history forms and covid screening forms. Reminders of appointments are also possible (they may already be being handled by your patient management software).
Once the clinician has seen the patient, then the treatment plan is sent out - as a quote - and we track if they have viewed it, accepted it or rejected it. Giving the staff in the practice quick and easy access to data so you know who to follow up with, when and about what.
We will ensure that every patient's area of interest is tracked, so we know where the upsell opportunities are.
Once the appointment is complete, we ask them to complete a very simple survey, which if a good response, we then ask for them to leave a review.
