Adding a Quote

1. Search for contact
2. Click on the Orders button
3. Click on Create Quote
4. Type in the product(s) you want to add to the quote

Sending a Quote

Once your quote is created, you can send it to a contact with or without payment options for them to click on a link to accept.

You can template the email body as well as edit it before you send.

Keap can be configured to trigger automation when

• A quote is sent
• A quote is viewed
• A quote is accepted
• A quote is paid
• A quote is rejected

When a quote is accepted it is automatically converted to an order and you can add a payment plan, including deposits and recurring subscription payments if required.
