Archive Client

This campaign will be triggered if you use the outcome on a task {Archive Client}

It will send a single mail to the client, and if they don’t book in within 7 days, it will create task to archive them.

Booking an appointment and/or completing the Archived Client task will close all other outstanding tasks on  the record

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Select Archive Client outcome from tasks
2. A new Archive Client task will be created after 7 days
3. Follow internal procedures to remove/archive the client from your patient management software and other  copmany processes
